The materials of the Pens and Pencils are guaranteed against cracking or breaking under normal use for 1 year.

 

The mechanicla parts of the pens have a lifetime guarante.

 

You may choose either a refund or a store credit for the full amount (minus original shipping charges in both cases and a restocking fee of $20 for the return of *Custom Cut Grips or Custom Pens and Pencils).

We reserve the right to refuse the return of any grips that have been abused, nicked, chipped, cracked, etc due to improper use or installation.

 

* Custom Cut Grips or Custom Pens and Pencils are any grips that receive additional modifications; i.e. Laser or “Inlace” Inlaying, prior to shipping per the customers instructions.
